MindKids is committed to transforming educational environments through the practice of Mindfulness. The goal is to provide practical tools for educators to cultivate important life skills, such as attention, emotional balance, empathy and compassion.

When these skills are integrated into teachers’ and students’ daily lives, they create a healthier environment.

Quantitative studies point to benefits such as increased ability to focus and pay attention, tranquility and emotional balance. A survey in California with more than 700 students showed that teachers notice changes in their students:
