Lunch served at Puzzle is prepared by specialized caterers in child nutrition. The menus are composed by a nutritionist, and altered daily, being repeated after only 30 to 40 days. Meals are comprised of main course, side dish, salad, rice and beans.
Snack is brought daily by the children to school, and we stimulate a balanced and healthy nutrition, including fruit, juices, teas, sandwiches, jellies, cookies, etc.
In some occasions, the children prepare a snack during the cooking activity, for their own group, or for the tasting of another group of children, giving meaning to cooking activities.
